It’s been happening recently. I can’t explain it. I am tired, but sleep eludes me. I haven’t much of an appetite either. Nothing sounds appealing to me. I have been hearing noises around the house, hearing my name being called, and seeing shadows move out of the corner of my eyes. While driving at night, I imagine people standing on the side of the road. My memory and concentration are getting worse. I lose short periods of my memory when doing tasks, such as helping out a customer at work or driving. I do sleep for a bit, but my dreams, in my dreams, they’ve felt so real. I had a dream a couple days ago that an huge bee landed on my back and stung me. I literally jumped from the pain I felt and jolted awake. I feel so cold. Around my eyes, the dark coloration has expanded. I had a headache that I could not get rid of. Even writing this bit has been hard to concentrate and I am sure there are several grammatical errors. I have had no recent deaths, I don’t feel as though I am stressed out (funny this started while I was on vacation), I don’t think I am depressed, and I really don’t have many worries that would keep me up or without an appetite like this. I have never been like this before.
